Positive: Excellent location, lovely hosts, so welcoming and kind. Very good parking.
Negative: Shower directly over the toilet wasn’t ideal. No tea and coffee making facilities, which we have had everywhere else. Sophia very kindly made a cup of tea for us.
Laundromat was not close and we could not do washing. Elsewhere we have paid a fee to have this service. Perhaps this could be provided.
Summary: Location could not be better and hosts are so helpful. We very much enjoyed the area and are glad we went.

As a solo female traveller, I felt welcomed and comfortable staying here. Stefania and her dad are very kind and warm, they gave me lots of helpful suggestions on places to visit around Monte Sibillini. Lake Gerosa is very close by and it's such a beautiful, peaceful lake and good for swimming. The bed was comfortable, I stayed in a queen room with private bathroom and it was the perfect place to rest after hiking and exploring. They always had good coffee in the morning and there is a small store and fresh fruit/veggie stand in the town. Also plenty of cute towns nearby to explore and get gelato or drinks. Highly recommend this place, one of my favorite stays in Italy! Thanks to Stefania and her dad for making my trip memorable!
