Positive: Hotel is behind a set of steps so we almost went passed - however having found it door and key codes worked. This was a lovely place with views from the top floor of the cathedral. Very comfy bed and little kitchenette was usable. Loved the magic flute music that greeted us on arrival.

Positive:
The rooms have air-con, a mini kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, etc, and the hosts left things like a spare toothbrush which I thought was a lovely touch. They also left some complimentary snacks and drinks, which was welcome in the baking heat. The hosts called us to see if we were happy and were, overall, extremely thoughtful.
The apartments are in the best location for visiting the sights, and the employees of the business which shares an entrance with the apartments try to look out for guests, too.
Overall a lovely stay and we would likely stay again.
Negative:
The matress was a firm mattress, and so my husband was in heaven but it was too hard for me to sleep easily so for that reason I have rated it lower than I otherwise would.
The hosts provided lots and lots of useful information, which was appreciated. However, I would have like the information perhaps a day or two earlier than it was received, as some of the information we got after arriving as we were already in transit when the messages were sent.
Summary: Lovely stay

Positive:
The Flûte Enchantée was a delight. A beautifully decorated very large room with all the facilities that you could need. The property is right in the centre of the town close to lots of restaurants. I had cause to speak to the owner of the property and she was charming and most helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
