We had an amazing stay with my wife and 2 kids. It is a great location to explore Carcassones, or small villages around such as Trèves which has great restaurants for dinner. The rooms are cosy, the park is very spacious, and the pool was mainly just for us as the property doesn’t have many rooms (no rush needed to get the pool chair at 8am :) The host is super friendly and will give you plenty of recommendations of local must sees. The breakfast was the best we ever had, with amazingly good fresh fruits, products from local bakery and great cheese too!
Absolutely lovely respite from the bustle and crowds while traveling between cities. The room and bathroom were spacious, pristine and comfortable. Grounds and pool offered tranquil spots for peaceful relaxation. Wonderful breakfast of cheeses, pastries, charcuterie and fruit to start the day. Florian is a thoughtful and gracious host. We stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed a week.
We were so delighted that we added an additional night to our stay. The property is a16th century manoir, an authentic stay in an historic French countryside. Florian is a marvelous host. Breakfast consists of baguette, croissant, fruit, and the most remarkable meats and cheese plate we have ever seen. We hope to come back!
