“It’s a beautiful hotel you won’t be disappointed”

“We had a family reunion so booked 9 rooms. 2 of those rooms had to be moved to a new room. 1 because the AC did not cool in bedroom so hardly got any sleep after already being sleep deprived from flight cancellations, etc and the other room was because the bath water would not shut off after they got back at 1:30 am. They had to move rooms at 2:00 am with a baby too. My new room they moved us to on 2nd day that resided on first floor experienced a small leak from ceiling the night before check out. So overall the rooms could be better maintained. With all this said I want to commend the staff for working with us and being good to us. They were always helpful. The shuttle to/from airport was a nice perk with so many relatives arriving at different times. We loved hanging in the lobby restaurant. They had an awesome happy hour. We loved all the character this historic hotel offers, but better maintained rooms would really elevate this property.”

“Great service and very clean. Be aware that the parking is an extra fee regardless, and does not appear to be advertised that way. Breakfast is not generally included, and that may be for the best. But the rooms are fantastic.”
