Positive: Great communication from the host from start to finish. Only a 15 minute walk to the property from the train station with clear instructions on the location from the host so very easy to find.
The apartment is exactly as the photos and has everything you could need for your stay including complimentary coffee and tea and laundry detergent which for us was great as we were travelling light.
The location is in the heart of the old town with everything close at hand.
What really stands out is the host Guilia who is a font of local information from where to eat or where to buy groceries add to that the generosity of allowing flexible check in and out (where possible).

Positive: The apartment is super clean with all the equipment needed, even a wash up liquid, plenty of toilet paper, hand towel, body wash, all kitchen bits. The location is perfect, 7min walk to the beach, 15min walk to ferry, 20min walk to the bus stop to take you to the airport. Location in the old town of Salerno, gives a lovely vibe. We spent 4 nights here. Lovely 3 story apartment.
Negative: Nothing.
WiFi is slow but assuming it is normal in this part of the city.

The location of Tata Home was brilliant, close to the main shopping street. I felt like a local living there. The videos how to find the place, find the key and open the door were very good, haven't seen anything in that much detail before.
There was a washing machine and a full kitchen, loved it. I would have liked a water kettle to boil water (couldn't find one) but it was ok to boil water on the stove. The bedroom was big and on the second floor, loved it.
Negative:
There was nothing I didn't like but just to be aware the walls are quite thin so you will hear everything from the streets. Also, I'm only 1,67 m (5.7 ft) and I could easily reach the roof with my hands so if you are over 1,8 m (approx 6 ft) you will probably hit your head everywhere, especially in the bathroom :D

Negative:
I didn’t realize how steep the stairs to the bedroom were so we slept on the pull out bed of the sofa.
We like windows to look out so the lack of visual was a bit sad for us.
