Very nice hotel. I would recommend

The staff were great with handling our check-in and allowing us to upgrade our room.

The pool needs to be more cleaned and better maintained. It was a bit foggy and would be nice to have some pool towels by the pool. Rooms were nice though

The only problem we had was when I went to the office to print my Southwest boarding passes. The printer was out of ink. The young lady in the office had no idea how to replace the ink nor did she care!

Room could’ve been cleaner the beds could’ve been connected to the wall and the floors could’ve been mopped. Other than that. It was an OK stay.

Went for a day trip to clear my mind after working a stressful week, waking up to the garden and complimentary breakfast was 10/10

The property looks nice from the outside. But then you go to your room, it looks run down and old (not in a good way), the decor was awful, one wall painted very dark, the room felt dark and dingy. it seems that most hotels have amenities like body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They had one very small bottle of body wash and a mini bar of soap. That’s it! Also 2 of us staying for 2 nights and only 3 bath towels. They had a minimal breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausage, apples and bananas, maybe cereal. They had signs up that said take only I serving, be courteous to others. I have never seen that before. The coffee was decent. We never used the pool, when we arrived it was closed for maintenance, but opened later. It was ok because we were there for a family event and didn’t spend much time in the room (I hate dark gloomy rooms)! We didn’t really eat breakfast there, we got coffee and went to a local French pastry shop.

We arrived in town earlier than expected and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in. We were greeted with smiles and pleasantries. The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast had many things to choose from, both hot and cold items. We were only there for one night so I can’t comment on the pool, as inviting as it looked. We’d definitely stay there again if the occasion arose.

The place was nice, at a convenient location, and very clean. The only issue was we arrived early to check in and there were no rooms available yet and were told to return within an hour. When we returned (at 3:30 pm and check in should have been at 3 pm) they still didn’t have a room until 4 pm. That was a little upsetting. One of the young ladies at the front desk was helpful in making sure to we were accommodated.

Recommended for the family trips. Convenience, friendly staff, and clean rooms make the stays a good experience.
