Our lake lot is unique in size and it offers a private boat dock on Lake Lanier. For indoors we have a foosball table and board games.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private back porch and private dock.
Other things to note
All vehicles should be parked in the driveway. The county does not allow vehicles on road or grass.
Please note that there is currently a boat parked in the dock slip. However, if you are bringing a boat and need to park in slip then please let us know in advance so that we can move the boat(alongside dock) else please feel free to park your boat alongside the dock.
The dock is just a quick and pleasant 3-minute walk from the house.
Safety Note: Please use caution while swimming, boating, fishing, using the dock, or enjoying the hot tub. There are no lifeguards on duty, and guests assume responsibility for their own safety during use. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
