Summary: The hotel is clean. The staff are very helpful and meets our requirements. Wifi in room and lobby is good. Breakfast is average. The manager is very polite and greets all guests he meets.

Summary: Hotel is very clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and take pride in what there doing. Its a good location 5 mins walk from the main tourist area restaurants and the lake.

Summary: It's a nice hotel and very neat and clean. One of the nicer looking ones in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's new so it's in great condition.
The rooms are very clean and it has a hot shower available (you'll need to keep the hot water running for 5 mins for it to heat up).
The only bit of inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk from the lake. It's not a lot the first time around, but if you're out by the lakeside 5 times a day, it can get tiring. Also, try not to get a room in the 3rd floor or else you'll have to climb three floors up after a long walk to the hotel.
Various tours are available from the hotel itself but they're quite pricey (sometimes double or more) compared to what's available from other tour operators just a few steps outside the hotel.
