Positive: Wonderful location with amazing views of the lake. Nice large suite with nice kitchen. Good breakfast. Good price.
Negative: Breakfast area was located on second floor which was harder to climb stairs for someone with bad knees and legs.

Great self contained suite with good facilities. Room decor was quirky, but fun! Kitchenette fully equipped and easy to cook if required. Lovely view over Hebgen Lake.
Negative:
Location was a long way away from West Yellowstone, although this was our error as we didn't read listing properly as this clearly states 19km from downtown West Yellowstone. Breakfast provided was not great, and very little options for gluten-free diet. I had assumed breakfast would be served, but instead it was delivered to the room the night before in a plastic bag. No fruit juice / tea provided. Breakfast items were croissant, cereal bar, choc chip cookies and apple / orange. I would have hoped for a little more choice. This may have been due to our stay early in the season, but this was not made clear to us.
Summary: Quirky suite located on the edge of a lake; great views.

The best breakfast I have among 150 hotels (including 5 stars) I have stayed in the US over the years. They have a lot of choices.
Negative:
The receptionist is very quiet may be because of the cold. To me the hotel personnel in the US is far behind to their counterparts in Europe and Asia in term of serving the customers.

The view was awesome. It was nice to have a place to fix a simple meal
Negative:
The furniture was not comfortable at all. I would also suggest adding a can opener. They also need to supply a dish towel since you are expected to wesh the dishes.
