Lake Wylie log cabin with Pool and King bed!  |  House in Rock Hill

This lakeside log cabin is full of character and charm, the type of home you want to return to year after year. The house is located on a quiet cove of Lake Wylie, a short boat ride away from the high-octane sports and hustle and bustle of the larger lake channels. The property includes a private 12' x 16' floating dock to pull your boat up to! Note: there is an old boathouse onsite that is pending reconstruction, more improvements to come.

Downstairs is a King bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the downstairs open floor plan living room and kitchen. The dining table offers seating for 8, and the kitchen is fully stocked for eating and cooking for a group of this size.

Upstairs a queen bedroom hosts an additional couple. The loft overlooking the living room serves as the third bedroom and youth hangout, with a Twin XL over Queen bunkbed, and a loveseat sofa pullout . There are 4 Roku TV's in the house, one in each sleeping room and one in the livingroom.

The living room door opens into a covered porch overlooking the private swimming pool and cove. The pool steps lead to a 3’ shallow end that extends to a 8’ deep end. An outdoor table seating 6 and a pair of rocking chairs provide seating for indoor-outdoor living. A pair of kayaks are available in the boathouse for guest use!

Please note that this home accommodates a maximum occupancy of 8 people at all times. It is not licensed as an event venue, and guests over the home occupancy are not allowed onsite. Failure to follow rules constitutes violation of rental agreement and immediate cancellation without refund.

I try to provide all the amenities to make your stay easy! I provide consumables such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the showers, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products. Linens, bath towels, and swim towels are included, and laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for mid-stay washing.

We are a pet friendly home! Maximum of 2 pets with a $100 pet fee per stay. Just like with children, you are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Bathing of pets should be done with the outdoor hose, not indoors in the showers or sinks. You are responsible to clean up your pet waste. There are disposal bags in the bathrooms by the toilets, the same bags are also used for feminine products. Pets should not be left in the home unattended unless crated, pets can surprise us and misbehave when left alone in a strange place. Message me about all pets before check in, including ESA or therapy animals.

Unfortunately the cabin is located in a cellular dead sorry for some carriers. I utilize WiFi calling when I’m at the cabin. Please be aware when booking.

Security cameras: I have three exterior security cameras at the home. One facing each door, and one facing the swimming pool. Their primary purpose is protection of the home while vacant. They also inform me that a guest has arrived and accessed the home without issue. Once a guest is securely in the home, I typically shut off notifications. I have one facing toward the pool for documentation in case of injury. I respect the privacy of my guests while staying at my home. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
