Prepare to have your breath taken away when you see the views! Get your camera out! Our chic mid-century modern Harveys Lake tiny villa! At a full 640 square feet, you'll enjoy the regular luxuries of a full-size home without sacrificing comfort! 3 easy minutes from the lake resort where you can swim, kayak and boat. Kayaking is free and we have a dock for motorboat access. A short drive finds restaurants, Ricketts Glen waterfalls, outlet shops, skiing, waterpark, beer wine & harvest fests.

My newly renovated tiny villa is located overlooking a wide-open view of Harvey's Lake! Get your camera out for the best photos, whether its in the morning, afternoon or catching a sunset view off of the deck. It’s tiny, but mighty. While the home is only 640 square feet, it’s open vaulted ceilings and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people.

The home is furnished with one full size memory foam bed in bedroom 1, one full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal number of guests would be 1-4 people.

Please keep in mind, it’s a tiny house. So, if space and privacy is important to you, this may not be the best fit.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the glasses, cups, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and relax with friends and family. Play cards or a board game as well.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, bathroom papers, linens and more.

Enjoy a morning coffee with our Kuirig on the deck overlooking the lake. We provide regular or decaf, so remember to pack your favorite k-cup if you wish!

Enjoy the night with a hot cocoa before settling in.

If TV is not your thing, relax on the deck with lakefront view facing the most picturesque sunset you've ever seen.

The Suite is resting on 4-acres of open view lakefront. Facing the sunset. The private bungalow is attached to a main house.
Guests have full access to the Sunset Beach Lake Resort where you can swim, picnic, kayak, play in the sand and sunbathe. There are lifeguards on duty. A restroom is on site along with a pavilion with electricity. Resort is seasonal.

Guests have access to free kayaking upon request.

Guest may request dock parking for motorboats.
Reserve free kayaking through the host.

If you wish to bring a boat, you must make the host aware of your intent before booking. The dock has boat size limitations and availability.
