This newly renovated cottage is on a quiet street on Lake Erie, with beautiful panoramic views. There are new mattresses appliances and furniture, central air and heat. Just hearing the waves with a drink in your hand will instantly relax you. This retreat is great for a couples, families, or a girls getaway. There’s an electric fireplace and a smart TV in the living room. There’s also a fire pit for relaxing at night with a glass of wine or making s’more’s. The kitchen is stocked and has a Keurig and water cooler.

The moment you step into the cottage and see the lake view, relaxation soon follows. The cottage is an open concept layout for easy entertaining. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and stunning lake views from the living room and sunroom.

The spacious lake house features 3 queen bedrooms plus 1.5 baths. Cozy living area with TV (Netflix & antenna) an electric fireplace, WIFI available to guests to stay connected while away from home.

Large outdoor deck with retractable awning and a backyard grassed area surrounded by break wall. Fire up the grill or enjoy some s'mores by the fire pit.

Full access to the whole cottage , full access to the beach which is semi privately shared with neighbouring cottages.

Other things to note

Please retract awning when not in use as it can get windy along the lakefront, thanks.
