Beautiful updated, air conditioned 1400 sq ft home/family cottage approximately 1.5 hours from the GTA. Our cottage is situated on a lovely treed and granite covered, private 1.1 acre lot with 264 ft of waterfront. Great swimming off the dock and beach area. Boating and plenty of fishing (bass, pickerel). Views of the lake from all living and bedroom areas. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets on the dock. Large deck with lounge chairs, dining table and BBQ.

2nd Bdrm: Queen bed directly across hall from 2nd full bathroom - Garden door to front deck
