Visitors find this 82-acre lake an enjoyable getaway away from New York City's hustle and bustle. Lake Huntington is a spring-fed lake in Sullivan County with an average depth of 17 feet. We offer a Charming and unique 2 bedroom country Home with Lakeview's and private Lake access for all Guests.
Charming Country home on 120 acres with outstanding lakeview and Lake access. This 2 bed room home features large screen TV, High speed internet, telephone and a Complete Kitchen, there are other summer rentals and campsites located on this property. there are miles of wooded trails for hiking and nature observations, Canoes, kayaks and Rowboats are available at the shore line free of charge.
The lake Access is about 300 feet from the house, Dock, Fire pit BBQ, swimming area.

We have 120 Acres of Nature Trails, we do not allow access to any Guests during Hunting season for there safety , beginning October 1st Ending May 1st

We enjoyed staying close to Bethel Wood where we were going to see a concert . The house is spacious and we loved the beautiful lake !
We spent a week in this house which is clean, spacious, and has a lot of amenities. One thing it doesn’t have is a dishwasher, which was a bit of an annoyance while we were on vacation. But it was totally manageable. We made full use of the BBQ and the great fire pit. It rained a lot during our stay but the covered porch around the house made it so that we could sit outside even when it was pouring rain. It felt relaxing and the lake is just across the street. Very enjoyable and the owner was so responsive to our needs.
Great location, house was very nice and exactly as described.
