“Staff were very friendly. Leisure club was very nice with the outdoor jacuzzi and all included in the room price. Breakfast was part buffet and hot food on order - food was fresh and good quality. The furniture in the room was a bit tired. Bed was VERY comfortable:). Didn’t see any aircon so maybe a bit hot on a hot day. Hotel was clean but the downstairs hallway had a strange smell. BE AWARE- if you book by 3rd party they charge £12 for parking. Overall we had a very nice stay.”

“Lancaster House is a fantastic place for a stop off heading down the motorway. The staff were able to accommodate us even although there was a large group being welcomed. Our room was first class with much appreciated air conditioning on a sweltering day. Our meal was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs within a very nice environment.”
