Positive: Apartment on the first floor, clean, tastefully arranged, with all utilities available.
Negative: The bed is one level higher, of medium width and is a bit short. The staircase is steeper and narrower than in the picture, Because of this, only my husband went up and I slept on the couch, which is very hard.
Probably ideal for younger people.

Negative:
