Summary: The hotel is in a beautiful location, ideally situated between the city center and the beach, and the property is well maintained.
Unfortunately, the level of customer service was very disappointing. There was no possibility of having breakfast outside, and we were unable to get a table at the restaurant for dinner despite being hotel guests.
What was most surprising was the complete lack of flexibility during a 42°C heatwave. The rooms reached around 35°C, yet the staff refused to provide even a few ice cubes so we could cool the tap water. Such a simple request was declined without any attempt to help.
This is particularly disappointing because the hotel has real potential. With a more customer-focused approach and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, the overall experience could have been excellent.

Summary: Walk up to room was difficult because of luggage. The room was adequate, but just above the restaurant. At night it was noisy until 11 -12 pm.

Summary: Beautiful facility (room, hotel, garden), great service, and the restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant at reasonable prices. Not a chain, this is a small family run business you should contact directly to reserve dinner. Breakfast also wonderful.
