“Comsistly well kept and professionally run. Most other motels in this area would be wise to follow the Lark management format”

“Restroom was remodeled, towels, sheets and blankets are cheap quality. Staff never said there was a fee for dogs when I called then, charged me 10 per dog per night then charged me 20 per night er dog because they said that was the real charge. Room right next door had guests comeing in and out from midnight to 5am and walls are super thin I could hear their conversations. Then three doors down aomeome was smoking marijuana and that lingered over to our room because ash trays shouldn’t be left outside room doors. They should have had a designated smoking area. If you want to gamble on sleeping, just pay the extra money for a real hotel. I won’t ever be going back so my loss, hopefully a better experience for others.”

“Professionally manged, extremely clean and freshly maintained. Highly accommodating. Staff. More than fair price and no deposit necessary. (Atleast for me)”

“Ac would turn off after a minute and never come back on unless you unplugged it. Then when you plugged it in it would run for a minute before turning off again. Toilet would not flush. No hot water in sink or shower.”

“The Lark motel is a basic motel that is clean,convenient and has a very nice staff. The motel is also close to very good mexican restaurant ( El Chicano)”
