Positive: We've been to greece dozens of times and we've never had kinder, more attentive hosts! Not only that but the property is located in front of probably the most kid friendly beach on Sithonia - ankle deep crystal clear and calm water for the first 100 meters. It is pretty calm during weekdays (in September) but busy on weekends. The studios are big enough, with the kitchen being separate (big plus). There is a big terrace with comfortable chairs and a great view of the bay. The bathrooms are big and conveniently made. At night you feel the cool sea breeze. There is a big yard where children can run and play. It also has a barbeque area and shaded parking. The hosts even provide umbrellas, beach chairs and some beach toys for the kids. They make excellent olive oil. The nearest village is 2 mins by car (7-10) on foot with some excellent restaurants and a fresh fish merchant. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday where you don't even have to move, this is it!
Negative: Nothing. The only disadvantage is the proximity to the main road as you can hear the ongoing traffic. We are city folk so it did not bother us but it should be noted.

Positive: Very good location, the beach is just in front and the nearby area is very quiet, so it makes it perfect for couples and families with kids. The apartment itself had everything needed - from kitchen utensils to bathroom supplies. The terrace is very enjoyable. Although our very late arrival, the host was very kind to wait and handover the keys personally and show us the place!
Negative: Maybe the kitchen area could be improved a little bit by adding few chairs, but honestly speaking it had everything needed, so there is not much which can be improved. Also for the price which is offered, its rather perfect!

Beautiful place, kids can run to the beach, in the early morning it's empty and all yours. They provide beach chairs and some toys. Lady was super nice she baked us yummy muffins and arranged a taxi for us. Place was clean and very convenient few min away by walk to all restaurants. A loving cat visited every night. I recommend it

Can hear the cars pass by at night as the main road is close by. But thanks to that everything is reachable

This place is amazing. The beach is ideal for families with small children and is located 15 meters from the apartment. But we had privacy in the apartment because we were separated from the beach by two rows of hedges.
The apartment is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It has a large terrace with a sea view, a well-equipped kitchen and a large landscaped yard with a summer kitchen, covered parking spaces and items for children.
The hosts are very kind and were there to help with everything we needed.
