Positive:
Walking distance to central shopping area, lovely staff, fantastic 50 m pool that’s really clean. Sun umbrellas are easy to put up / down. Concrete steps into pool are good. The beds were comfy and bathroom a good size with walk in shower and shampoo & conditioner. Rooms were nice and quiet despite music and loud talking downstairs one night in lounge area. Open air dining and lounge are very relaxing areas. Plenty of free carparks.
Negative:
Concrete steps are opposite end of pool to sun lounges and paving around pool is hot to walk back to sun lounge. Pool ladder second step had a big bolt sticking out and was somewhat wonky. Plastic Sun lounges are not very strong ( back support collapsed when my husband leaned back) and have no padding tho I appreciate its hard to keep mats hygienic in the tropics
Summary: Reasonable price hotel close to shops and waterfront

Negative:
I made a room food order and they got it wrong, I couldn’t wait for them to make my original order as it took so long for the first one to arrive and I was getting up at 1 am for a flight also when they arrived with my order it wasn’t covered or on a try it was brought by a waiter by hand, I thought that was a bit unhygienic, he could have coughed all over it, how would I know!
Summary: It was good

Positive:
The staff was super friendly, I felt like I made new friends. The distance of the hotel to town center was perfect, nice short walk, food was good. All staff was friendly to answer any questions and they didn't have the answer they would find the answer for us. Another thing with the staff was they were super flexible with our request.

Great location, friendly staff
Negative:
There wasnt anything to dislike really. We had a rugby team and I dont think thats the hotels market. They seem more corporate so I wouldnt recommend it to young sporting teams but I definitely would recommend it to family, & friends.
