Positive: It was very clean, and first impressions was very good.
Negative: But when we booked, the host send a message with much bigger price then on Booking app. This message I haven’t read - because of travelling, until almost arrived. When we were on place, he demanded a price that had been almost twice as high as we booked (5200 vs 3060 CVE). "Because 3000 is for two people” he said. Even that, when you do simple math it’s 4500 for three persons. Finally I paid 5000 - it’s difficult situation when you booked non-refundable stay - if I resigned, we could be charged by Booking.com. This part of conversation / interaction with host wasn’t nice.
Summary: Bad feelings.

Positive: The location was good with a short walk to grocery stores and ca 15 min walk to the ferry terminal. Street parking was easy near the building.
The apartment was spacious and clean, and it was well equipped. The wifi worked well and the shower was good. There was a fan and a big wardrobe in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable.
The check-in was easy and communication with the friendly host very good.
Good value for money, we would stay again.
Negative: Nothing to complain.
