Positive: I like how close it was to the supermarket. Enjoyed walking to the university.
Negative: I didnt like that the floors where a bit cold but understandable since they where floor tiles but i just used thick socks

Positive: I loved the appartment as the whole. It is very comfortable with well equipped kitchen in the very quite area.
Negative: Opening of the entrance door was not easy and I never knew how to close the garden entrance door without making so much noise. Perhaps, it was just my incapability.
Summary: Superb, cozy, quiet and lovely.
