“This property was a real little gem of a find. The owners live on site and were there to welcome us upon arrival. They are very friendly and helpful, and although they speak little English (and we speak little French!) it was fun conversing with them. The property is quirky and about as far from a corporate hotel as you can find. There is excellent secure parking. For a true experience of genuine French hospitality, this is a great place to go!”

“Le Manoir les Chapelles is, as it's name suggests a re-purposed old manor house in rural France. Therefore don't expect it to be like a Howard Johnsons or other modern hotel chain. There is no elevator, nor would one expect one. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of local goodies, the area is very quiet and safe and it was just the kind of place I like when travelling in Europe.”

“Excellent stay and spotlessly clean. Gated yard so your car is safe. There is a indoor pool but we did not use it. Good quality breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay here.”
