The Space:
This condo accommodates up to 4 persons with a closed bedroom and queen bed, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll be charmed by the contemporary décor and cleanliness of the premises. The building was recently renovated; we transformed a former Caisse Desjardins into a condo/hotel and business centre. Our clients enjoy easy access to a gym, sauna, conference rooms and accommodations all in one package that’s unique in Laval!

Guest Access:
Our travellers have the entire space to themselves and a private entrance. The gym and sauna are open before 9:00AM and after 5:00PM on week days, and at all times on weekends. Upon their arrival, guests are given an access code for entry into the condo.
