“Excellent, central location. Within easy walking distance of mainn station, plenty of secure public car parks nearby. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable. Powerful shower. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. This is an old building, so some creaking floor boards, but this should be expected in a property of this age.”

“If you are after a budget option for Vichy this is perfect. Property is older but it was clean and authentic, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located for the park, river and town centre which is a fabulous place to sit with a drink and watch the world go by.”

“Chose this for the great location. It was typical for a 2-star and clean. The room was very cold - colder than outside, and the radiator did nothing. I suspect the central heating had been turned off. It was about 45F in the room and the water was even colder. The sheets and pillows were cold, the room was near freezing, This made my stay in the lovely town of Vichy pretty poor. I did see a lot because I couldn´t stand to be in the room.”
