“Great location and friendly service! Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent, very convenient to get around. The breakfast was good, especially considering the price we paid. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, and finding a parking spot nearby was quite difficult. Still, it’s a hotel I would definitely recommend.”

“Hotel was nice but definitely a hotel for dental tourism the dentists use hotel for their patients. The staff are very nice except the manager who was miserable and considering mainly English stay there cannot speak English so very difficult to talk to her without interpreter. They put me up first night in hotel next door which was awful as there was a flood they shouid put you up in hotel of same quality this was a hotel I would never have paid to stay in by the time I got my room next day they put me in standard room and not deluxe that I’d paid for and manager didn’t seem to think there was a problem they gave me a free meal but everything I asked for on menu they didn’t have in all in all not a very good stay”

“It is a cute hotel located in a safe and convenient part of Lara. The restaurant and cleaning staff are very nice, but the reception people need a better training in hospitality. They don't bother much with greeting the guests and have an overall unpleasant attitude. They were presumption and not very professional. The hotel has an agreement with two different beaches for a shuttle service, free entry, long chairs and umbrellas but I was never informed of that upon the arrival and learned about it too late. ”
