Great neighborhood vibe with the bustling Lend main square and some amazing restaurants (from $ to $$$$) within a short walk. Very quiet at night as it's just great enough (10 min walk) from the nightlife. The lobby has a great lounging area, and they'll send you wine to have there, outside on the patio, out up on the rooftop terrace.
Decent, minimal workout room on the top floor.”

“This was my third stay at Lendhotel, and I have to say I love it more each time. The art throughout the hotel is truly impressive. The staff are extremely friendly and always make me feel welcome from the moment I arrive. The breakfast is absolutely perfect, with great variety and quality, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Graz. Lendhotel continues to be my favorite place to stay in the city!”

Not so good: location is less than desirable
Bad: replace lobby carpet and sofa. It's filthy and gross. Makes the hotel look bad. ”
