Les Mouettes au Vert Reviews
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Two separate bedrooms, good heating, generally good state of the house. Cookware available plus oven. Seemed generally clean. Some coffee pads available to go with the senseo machine which is a plus. Blinds to darken the rooms at night. Not too far from huge auchan supermarket.
Negative: There were what seemed to be cat hairs in the toilet floor. There is a dishwasher but no pods.
Summary: Cozy place close to cap blanc nez

Positive: Great location, lovely and clean, ideal size with a small terrace.
Negative: It would have been useful to know in advance that the access instructions would only be sent to us on the morning of arrival as we began to worry when we hadn't heard anything from the accommodation, even though it was prepaid.
Summary: Great location - ideal for us.

Positive:
(1) We did not received any breakfast
The property was nice and bright . It also had a private decking area. Loved the shutters on the window Home seems safe.and around two minute walk takes you to a beautiful beach.
Negative:
The bedrooms upstairs a steep set of stairs. The main bathroom is up the steep flight of stairs and only had a wash hand basin a bath and no toilet..Downstairs there was one toilet and no wash hand basin so the only facility to wash your hands after using the toilet was in the kitchen sink or walk up the steep flight of stairs to wash your hands in the bathroom. The hand wash basin up stairs was blocked the water would not go down and the toilet seat was broken rocking back and fourth out of place when sat on it. We found strands of long blond hair in the bed and stains on the sheet. There was no street lightening and we arrived at night so it was extremely difficult to find the property as there was no light whatsoever. No light on the property itself no street lightening it was a complete block out.
Summary: Overall stay was okay. !!!

Positive:
Good location, very nice property, Very well provisioned with anything and everything you could want in the kitchen, and nice outdoor area. Proximity to beach excellent
Negative:
For us we found the downstairs toilet with no wash basin an inconvenience, but I appreciate others may not. Stairs quite steep, which might be an issue for little ones
Summary: Very pleasant short stay and would definitely consider if we are ever in the area again.
