“The location of the property was very good, at the border of both the Old Town and the modern shopping area with quick access to the beach and many eating areas. The room was huge and we appreciated the two basin sink. The only thing we didn't expect was that there was no elevator and carrying 2 heavy pieces of luggage up/down 3 floors required some muscle. The air conditioning was excellent with the hot and humid weather outside. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we had packed lighter.”

“The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal.”

“Very great location and the room was spotless, however the instructions to find the room was very confusing. When I attempted to contact them no one responded back…..even till today. I eventually found the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, it was very convenient, quiet and clean.”

“Positives: 1) location 2) spacious room 3) Comfortable bed 4) on site manager very pleasant, professional and attentive to needs or issues raised Negative: internet had intermittent stability, we raised the issue when it happened it seemed resolved later but then happened everyday. We did not care as much as others might because we had a back up personal service that kept us connected. In fairness there was construction going on in the building which may be a special cause that was more impactful to our room. I do believe they strive to provide a good service so the following are suggestions for them to improve and are not intended as negatives, just simple things to enhance future clients experience: 1) better lighting in stairwell 2) paint or install reflective stripping at the edge of each stair to minimize misstepping when navigating the stairs 3) install fixtures in the shower to place our personal items like soap, razors, shampoo etc. As a reviewer you may interpret my review as negative , but it’s not. These items I’m suggesting are as one business owner to another just trying to be helpful, because I can tell they really want to give a great experience. If I thought otherwise I would not take the time. When building your brand and business continuous improvement is always part of the internal focus. I will recommend to my friends . ”

“This was absolutely a gem we found in the most perfect location! The room was probably the best I've stayed in and so great and roomy. The decor is modern and beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean too! Book this before someone gets the last room! ”

“This hotel is located within walking distance of the beach area, shops, and many restaurants. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Would definitely consider staying here again. ”

“Right in the heart of town, very convenient with shops and food close by. 15 mins walk to the train station as well to travel to other parts of the Rivera. The unit is big and spacious , just that the shower area is not enclosed, so if you are not a couple, it will not be recommended. No lift as well so be prepared to carry your baggage up a flight of stairs. Fortunately for us, the guy who checked us in was nice and helped to carry the luggage up the stairs. Will recommend this ”
