Positive: We had a little kitchen and made breakfast and a few dinners ourselves.
There's a restaurant GenussBlick located in a nearby hotel (5min walk, public car parking available across the street) with good quality food and service if you're less inclined to cook.
Location is a 5min car drive from Mayrhofen center and the two major lifts (penkenbahn and ahornbahn) and there is plenty of parking space on the property.
There is a (ski) bus stop about 100m from the property, I imagine it's a 10min drive including other stops.
The property has a heated ski depot with hangers for boots and gloves, a rack for skis/boards and a bench.
The property owner Michi is super friendly and helped out in any way she could.
Negative: Google maps location is accurate but a "Leuhaus" sign on the facade facing the street would have been handy when arriving in the dark.
Luckily Michi came outside to greet us!
Summary: Great host and facilities, small scale and quiet aparthotel

Positive:
Lovely properly, nice location for an alternative lift. The host was fantastic!
Negative:
A bit of a walk into the main strip if you want to go for dinner. No buses in that direction after 5pm. We enjoyed the walk but can imagine if the weather is bad it’s not so nice.
Summary: Great ski holiday!
