“It's my first time sleeping in NY and the truth is LIC HOTEL is a clean hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, although the central A/C did not work they gave me a laptop and if it worked, and they also give you a breakfast service in the mornings, and it is close to some places to eat, I would definitely go back there”

“It was ok, we basically just slept there, but the hotel just seemed run down, the bar and restaurant closed, the breakfast was basic pastries and coffee. Just seemed like it had changed owners and cost cutting and saving was priority”

“The hotel is well located, close to 3 stations, which is helpful. However, our room had a broken bed and didn't have the mini-fridge as advertised. The bathroom is good, it was clean and the water is hot, but the room has carpet and needs cleaning. It's not very comfortable to sleep in.”

“The hotel itself is fine and conveniently located. I stayed one night, Aug. 22-23. Early in the morning of August. 23, I discovered a discarded and crumbling oreo cookie beside my bed when I reached down to get something. Not a crisis but disgusting nonetheless.
I brought it to the attention olf the night desk clerk who could not have beem more rude or less helpful even if she tried. Which she didn't. She simply did not care.
Didn't offer me a complaint form or anything else. Customer satisfaction was not her concern.
Exercise machines in fitness center did not work and the continental breakfast just ok, with very limited options.
Becasue of lack of respect afforded to me, I would not stay there again.”
