Positive:
This was a great experience overall! I had the smallest room in the hotel, but it was organized well enough to still provide space for luggage and clothes. The bathroom was huge (perhaps even too big compared to the rest of the room), tea and other amenities were provided in the room. My favorite part about this place, which was also a bit of a surprise, was that there was a cafe / kitchen area downstairs with free coffee, a huge variety of drinks and even simple breakfast options like muesli, bananas and cookies. This made it so much easier to just have breakfast there before going out into the city. The location is convenient, not too far from most landmarks by tram. And even the street itself is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and cafes. I would definitely like to come back!
Negative:
The only issue I ran into here was that the heating was not working for one night. But as soon as I notified the hotel manager, he came to check on the issue and provided an electric heater which worked very well. The next day, the heating was back to normal.
It's important to note that it's an old building, so the walls are a bit thin and you might be able to hear other guests walking in the hallway. For me it wasn't an issue and it was still really quiet.
Summary: Cute boutique hotel with lots of character

Positive:
The photos do not do this justice, the apartment is spacious for european standards with high ceilings, beautifully decorated and well set out, warm, and in a fabulous location close to tram and train stops, and great food. Hosts were lovely and messaged to see if everything was ok, sending someone to change the towels and drop off more loo paper. Even though it's on the first floor, theres an elevator.
Negative:
An apartment that large, we were surprised there was no washing machine (we were there for a week), but there were plenty of laundromats nearby.
Summary: Beautiful spacious apartment in Prenzlauer berg

Positive:
Location was great, very close to the U-Bahn, and within a neighborhood that was great to walk.
Really beautifully designed inside, lovely high ceilings and blackout curtains meant it was easy to sleep. very comfortable.
Negative:
The standalone bath was good for the first day but I'd probably opt for a shower next time - as there are only so many deep baths you want to take when you want to get moving quickly.
Summary: I'll stay here again!

Location of the hotel Linnen is perfect - in a lovely neighborhood with many options for great coffee, lunch and dinner places, large supermarket. Also perfectly connected with other parts via public transportation.
Our room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. In the hotel lobby there is a kitchen and nice area to hang out.
Our hosts were very friendly and nice to catch up :)
Summary: Lovely stay in beautiful neighborhood
