Lovely hotel, central location.
I stayed in one of their Signature Rooms for 2 nights, and I wanted to share some feedback regarding the housekeeping standards, as I have been quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The shower has noticeable brown staining on the tiled walls, which appears as though it could be removed with a thorough clean. Unfortunately, the bins had not been emptied, and the bedspread has several visible stains. What shocked me the most, was seeing what appeared to be freshly laundered beddings left on the hallway floor next to the rooms where guests had been walking past. It was difficult not to wonder how clean those linens could remain before being placed on the beds. This is not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the milk bottle in the fridge had no lid, leaving us unsure how long it had been there or whether it was safe to use. Breakfast was ok and service is ok. Location is great and the check-in gentleman was helpful and pleasant.
