I stayed at this hotel in July 26 (solo female), never having visited Lisbon before. It is a wonderfully welcoming hotel with a great reception team who are there for you if you need anything. The hotel feels very safe for anyone visiting on their own as well as clean and well kept. Location is perfect. Many key tourist attractions are within 15 mins walk of the hotel. My food favourites were Pinoquio and BAHR. I recommend spending a lazy afternoon beside Belém tower wandering around, with a beer stop along the way. The rooftop bar was a lovely way to start my visit to Portugal. Hard recommend to all!

Amazing hotel. I had a small double room, which was not small. The staff took my bag, a small one, to the room. What service! A welcome drink, discount in the spa and restaurant - wonderful. The mini bar, with a couple of drinks were free. Great location. Lovely small pool, sauna and steam room. The staff were so kind and helpful. The best thing about Lisbon is this hotel!

It was a very nice hotel centrally located, and the staff was extremely friendly. And reasonably priced.

Immaculately clean room, well maintained hotel and spa. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. View from the restaurant is gorgeous. My only suggestion would be to allow hotel guests to charge meals/drinks to the room when at the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient, I walked everywhere. It was a nice blend of local/tourist.

Overall great hotel. Def a 4 star hotel. Rooms are kind of small, but if you’re traveling probably won’t be there very often. Great location. Central to pretty much everything.

While the room was clean, it is extremelysmall for 2 people. The bathroom has a very shallow sink and there is very little counter space. Lightingis hit and miss with lots of switches that seemingly do nothing. Once on therer is not enough light for shaving etc. Plastisized flooring is sticky to bare feet. Space for one piece of luggage but not two. Staff were very helpful and friendly.. The mini bar is well stocked and everythingis free. Rooftop patio has a great view but is very expensive. A free drink coupon is provided on arrival. The robes provided are very small. Bathroom shower does not have a grip for stability combined with a marble floor making it slippery.

From the time we arrived we were treated like we were special, great welcome and explanation of all the amenities and the hotel, rooms great and spotlessly clean , spa fantastic , so relaxing after a long day touring the city, Best breakfast we had during our stay in Portugal. 5 stars all the way

what an amazing location with parking and staff. they definitely went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. The indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room were really lovely to use. The gym is small, but has all the equipment essentials you need. The rooms are clean and the staff really is the best part always pleasant, always accommodating. I don’t think I’ve ever received such great service They do give you two complimentary drinks, which we utilized at the restaurant which is also nice Overall, highly recommend.
