“Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive.”

“It’s just ok. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned at the end of the day and have the room service tray be removed. Very pricey breakfast with meager offerings. Not as convenient to the airport as we were hoping for.”

“Staff was very helpful for all needs. Brenda helped to schedule our transport from and back to EZE airport. The location was great for waking around the city. Very happy with the entire experience. ”
