Summary: Pub staff on arrival friendly and talkative.
Room was pleasant with a very nice bath, shower and toilet . Broken blind but a note to say was being fixed… fair explanation.
Good breakfast , but ask for your fruit juice☺️
Nice location and good for visiting nearby locations.
De-luxe room….. not sure what constitutes ‘de-luxe for the extra money but hey—ho.. bedding nice and clean, although wasnt tidied for our second night ?
Over all an enjoyable few days

Summary: A great location for visiting the coast which was quiet considering how close it was to a main road. A lovely clean room with all necessary features. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Summary: Situated in a lovely area of the Sussex Downs this small country pub provided ideal accommodation for our visit to Glyndbourne. Clean, simple but well appointed accommodation, with a good breakfast provided in the morning. Long Man Best Ale in cask available at the bar, which was a treat.

Summary: Our room and ensuite were clean and bright.
The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal we had was very tasty and well prepared.
The location was just below the South Downs and in a beautiful little village just a short walk to the Wilmington Giant.

Summary: Lovely room, with good facilities and well presented. A warm welcome and great venue, setting and location. Would recommend.
