The closeness to the beach was great
Negative:
The windows were painted shut so we couldn’t get air into the upstairs bedrooms. The back door was crazy squeaky.
It wasn’t dirty but it seemed well used, what I would expect at the end of the season from constant visitors, not the very beginning of the season.

Proximity to beaches, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, outdoor sitting area, outdoor grill, quiet neighbors, well-stocked kitchen.
Negative:
Stairs to loft were very steep and narrow, difficult to access for anyone less than “very nimble.” Beach cart was supposed to have chairs, umbrella, toys to use at the beach but it was empty. Wi-Fi password provided on printed display was incorrect.
Summary: My two sister and I stayed for two nights with our kids and it was a great location, super close to our favorite beaches

loved the location! Easy walk to long sands beach was delightful. especially for walking our dog, who lit up like a young pup as soon as his feet hit the beach! I loved the spacious bedrooms for our party, which made for relaxing time and restful nights.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of supplies - dishes, towels, paper towels, dish soaps, salt and pepper etc. My teen daughter loved the loft space which was cozy with a sky light window she loved! She could crochet and sketch and spread out in her own space, which was relaxing for her!
Negative:
I would have appreciated aluminum foil and baggies in the cupboards to help with food prep and storage, but thats certainly an extra.
The master mattress was a little firm for my comfort but that's subjective and some people love a firm bed. Shower pressure was great! Easy walk to long sands beach was a delight!

The place is as pictured and was very clean. It was nice spot for a weekend getaway and is very close to the beach.
Negative:
An alarm starting going off at 5:30am saying that gas was detected in the house. We called the property management company, Vacasa, and they told us the local team would not be available until 9am to do anything. As we were concerned for our safety, we called the local fire department to check things out. Thankfully everything was ok as given the lack of urgency by Vacasa we would have been on our own had there been a real emergency. There was no follow-up and no one from the local team ever reached out after the initial conversation.
