We had to change rooms 3 times, and the parking really sucks, also having 2 dogs was a pain in the ass being on the second floor.

Very "Florida Keys" type of place to stay. The good: Very convenient, super friendly staff, big pool, the overall "Keys" vibe. Rooms were decent and clean. Dive and snorkeling trips daily and a very convenient Shell station next door. The not so great: Rooms a bit dated and in need of some minor repairs here and there. The Tiki Hut ran out of food for a couple of days so we had to search out other places to eat in the evenings. Nothing was bad enough for us to not want to go back! Outstanding staff!

I would say that this resort is focused on divers. As a fisherman, it represents simple lodging at an affordable price for a weeks' fishing. It is managed without maid service or intrusion by the staff. The bar is unpretentious and is typical of the Keys Tiki Hut genre. Overall, it was adequate for my needs. I have stayed here for the last few years while fishing the the Big Pine Key area. I would rate it Good for value and location.

This is a Mom and Pop type establishment and the ownera are the sweetest people. This is definitely an economic stay and don’t expect all the extras. But what you can expect is great service, a central location, and if you want to snorkel or go diving the take off is in your backyard. We enjoyed our stay.

This is an older property, but was in great shape and very clean. The pool was inviting and the tiki bar had great music at night and reasonable food and beverage prices. You could see so many stars from the back of the rooms with canal views. Easy access to Key West for a day trip. Lots of bars and food nearby by car.

The pool was closed during our visit in January as it was being refilled at the time but I live in the area now and go to it often since. The rooms were decent coffee in the shop is a plusand I like the porch on the back over the canal. We love the tiki bar.

Good location

Only place in the Lower Keys on a Friday night that was available on hotels.com that was reasonably priced. Very grateful for their not charging an arm and a leg to stay.
