Staff was great and helpful

The first, middle and last thing you will observe here is the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The natural beauty throughout the resort is woven with such care that every stroll is a communion with nature. The manager was quick to address and meet our need to change cottages. And all just a short Grab ride from the heart of Ubud. The pool area was a sanctuary and all areas blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

We had an incredible stay at Lumina! The grounds are beautifully kept, with great attention to detail. Our cottage was perfect- very private and well decorated. The cottage was able to open to the outdoors, but also had great AC for when it was too warm and you wanted to close things up. Very nice breakfast each day. Staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools throughout the property that felt very private. The property is thoughtfully laid out so you barely notice that other guests are there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved my stay at Lumina! The beautiful small houses are set perfectly in the natural environment by the river. It really is an environment for wellness and healing. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is incredibly nice. Photographs or words cannot communicate the experience of being in this magical place. I cannot wait to return.

We stayed at one of the wooden cottages with a river view and we did not leave until we checked out. the sound of the water was so peaceful, I had the best night of sleep that I've had in Bali. The food was great, the staff was friendly, room was clean with really cool carvings, paintings and Indonesian architecture. I'm not into yoga but my girlfriend loves it and she was really impressed with the instructor. Great place for a romantic getaway, would highly recommend staying here.

Lumina Wellness Retreat in Ubud is an absolute gem. Every detail feels lovingly curated, from the hand-painted doors to the soft, earthy tones and boutique touches that make the space feel intimate and serene. It’s clear the place was designed with soul. I felt held by everything, from the rushing river outside to the soft lighting at night. A rare find that nourishes both the senses and the spirit.
