Welcome to one of the most epic house you've ever seen, located in the best area of Woodland Hills within the beautiful San Fernando Valley. Only 10 minutes drive from Westfield Topanga, shopping and restaurants area. This incredible property is a true oasis, featuring amenities that will make you feel like you're living in a luxury resort. The exterior of the property is stunning; you'll find a renovated pool surfaced with a jacuzzi, waterfalls, and a basketball area surrounded by sunbeds. The BBQ patio is fully equipped. The large yard is completely landscaped, including a shaded area with a dining table, cushion seating set, coffee table, and TV. The entire pool area is surrounded by state-of-the-art sound equipment, making the outdoor space ideal for hosting unforgettable gatherings.
The space
Step inside this stunning home, where unique glass paintings adorn the walls and a cozy living room invites you to relax with its state-of-the-art TV and sound equipment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a coffee machine and a stylish wine storage area nearby, while the dining table comfortably seats 10 for memorable meals. On the second level, discover five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with a luxurious bathroom and a private balcony to enjoy poolside views with your morning coffee. Three additional queen bedrooms and a sofa that converts to a full bed, along with two more full bathrooms, ensure ample space for guests. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance for entertaining and relaxation!

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $150/day with minimum 2 days of use. It takes a 4~6 hours to heat the pool so let us know before check in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *86-89 is recommended. Spa heating is $90/day. Take 1 hour to heat. We will assist with the pool and spa heater.
Using the fire pit is 20$ per hour.
