Whilst not reflected in the photos, the dining table can be extended to sit 12 people and there is enough glasses, cutlery and crockery for 12.
This beautiful penthouse apartment in the Old Mill building is an eclectic mix of chic pieces with every modern convenience. The Maltings is located just off Bray main street meaning you are just metres away from lovely shops & restaurants, but it is set back enough that it is very peaceful with lots of privacy. This is a brand newly refurbished property in September 2023, all interiors done by Cooling Design Ltd. There are many things to do in the area. You will find some of the most beautiful walks nearby, as well as golf courses, horse-riding, shopping, historical sites and many more activities.
Getting Around:
A selection of buses and the Dart train service can bring you in all directions throughout the counties of Wicklow and Dublin City Centre. Dublin City is only 30 minutes by Dart and 40 minutes by bus. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and buses are only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
