The Rooms
This estate is 1000m2 and has outdoor and indoor facilities that can host up to 8 persons.

On the ground floor there is a big swimming pool, one cinema room that can be used to sleep two persons and one bathroom.

The main house has a living room which is connected with stairs to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to an office with a small library and a bathroom.

On the intermediate floor, there is a VIP ensuite bedroom with a king size double bed and a lounge area. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

On the first floor, there are additional two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second has a double bed.

While on the last floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and an access to the balcony.

All the rooms have A/C and signature toiletries.



The Location
The villa is located in the coastal area, Marathon. This tranquil location offers easy access to the peninsula’s rustic beauty, seaside delights, and historical treasures. Beach-lovers will want to visit Schinias, Sessi, and Varnavas, while history buffs will appreciate the Marathon Tomb and the Maraton Archeological Museums.
