Great location, cute hotel, great amenities, wonderful staff. Has an elevator and AC, five steps from front door into lobby and the lift. Surrounding area is relatively flat. Easy access to metro and ride share pickups. Small snack bar/drinks available 24/7. Will stay here again next time I’m in Lisbon!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Despite having a 3-star hotel rating, our experience made us feel that we were in a 5-star hotel. The clean rooms, free drinks, fruits, and pastries, free access to the gym, good location all made us enjoy our trip to Lisbon. Most importantly, the warm and accommodating staff are TOP NOTCH!! They were geniuinely there to help. To Catarina: You were one of the reasons why our stay there will be unforgottable. You are amazing! To Brenda: A huge thank you for helping us and for going above and beyond. To Sylvio: Your tips and suggestions helped us a lot on our stay in Lisbon. Thank you!

The property was wonderful and the breakfast was an excellent way to start our day. It was only a 10ish minute walk from 2 metro stations, which made it very convenient for getting around - it was also far enough from the busy parts of town that we could easily rest as needed! The room was a little small, but we didn’t spend much time in it so I didn’t mind that. Everyone was very friendly and the front desk was able to recommend a good lunch spot right around the corner!

Room was comfortable, staff extremely helpful and kind, breakfast was delicious! Great Location as well!

I have just stayed 3 nights here with my daughter. We can only say very positive things about this hotel. Despite arriving early, we were allowed to check in to our room and hour early. We had a lovely twin bed room on floor 3 which was more than adequate for what we need. It was very clean and comfortable. There was not much of a view from the window, but this didn't bother us at all. We had breakfast each morning at extra charge. There was a good choice of buffet style hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juice. The hot and cold drinks were available all for free as well as cake and fresh fruit and a popcorn machine, which I thought was a great idea! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of small things were resolved immediately and without fuss. The hotel is very close to many bus routes and only a 7/8 minute walk from the metro station Saldahna with a direct line to the Airport in around 15 minutes. Overall I was very happy to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Lisbon

Excellent breakfast. Friendly lady on reception. Central position near metro. Room clean on arrival but no housekeeping of room over the 2 nights there so after long day out returned to room to find no toilet paper, shower/bath replenishment, no fresh towels. Called numbers given in room for assistance. No reply at any point then or within next 12 hours so in emergency what would happen. Went back down to reception for toilet paper. Never encountered that in any hotel visited in Europe/America/Africa/Canada/Mexico//Cuba. Disappointing.
