Positive: The place is next to Ban Phe pier, convenient location to stay 1 night before go to Ko Samed or other islands. Many shops, cafes and a few banks are located in a few minutes away. For 3 star hotel is nice and comfortable to stay 1 night on the way from Bangkok to Ko Samed.
Negative: At 8 am some noisy work outside was started.

Positive:
Clean room.
Midnight check-in.
Comfortable bed.
Good a/c
Negative:
The bathroom was poor and hot water was difficult to operate.
They didn’t offer package storage, even for a fee, which is absolutely crazy given they are the last stop on the mainland before heading to an island and people don’t want to drag their large suitcases with them.
Summary: Great bedroom. Poor bathroom. Good location. Easy, flexible check-in.

Thankful that the guard was able to show us to our rooms as we arrived late at night. The room was nothing fancy but was all we needed. Just stayed the night before heading over to Koh Samet.
