“Our room had a new wall air-conditioning that rattled all night long. All the plastic pieces rattled & moaned whenever the compressor turned on & sounded like it would fall apart at any moment. The breakfast was below par unless you like waffles.”

“Our room desperately needed a bathroom redo. There was rotting wood in the bathroom. The manager stated the room was to be redone soon. Also need to upgrade their linens”
