Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home! The host Jumpot was simply amazing – always reachable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring about making our stay perfect and personalized.
The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s located right in the middle of nature, with no neighbours other then the second holiday home next door, offering complete peace and privacy. A true paradise for anyone looking to escape mass tourism and enjoy tranquillity.
Free bicycles were provided, which made getting around very easy. The beach is just 2 minutes away by bike - the famous Mai Khao Airport viewpoint is around 10 minutes away by bike – a fantastic experience!
The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a complete kitchen, as well as a nearby washing machine and dryer available free of charge. Although in Thailand, you might hardly need a kitchen, since delicious local food is available everywhere at very affordable prices. Even Grab Food delivers directly to the house!
Convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Mini Big C are just about 2 minutes away by car, or less than 10 minutes on foot – even quicker by bike.
If you are looking for peace, privacy, and a stay away from the crowds, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended! Thanks for an amazing week!

Great spot! just a few minutes walk from Mai Khao beach. Surrounded with nature and super quiet. Laundry facility was very convenient. Netflix in place when you need to chill and watch a movie. The host family were great and very helpful. Excellent restaurants and a bunch of convenience store nearby.

The perfect location, halfway between the beach and the main road with restaurants. 7-11 close by. They had a bicycle I could use for free, so getting food or getting to the beach only took like 2 minutes. It was incredibly clean, I was so impressed when I first stepped in. They provided 4 giant bottles of water, saving me from carrying the heavy bottles from the store to my house. There were dishes and a kettle and a large fridge, and I was able to enjoy snacks and coffee at the cottage and have a leisurely morning. The location was so quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Negative:
The doors are sliding doors and the locks aren’t very secure, which is a bit unnerving (especially when travelling alone).

For us, the place was perfect. We wanted a quiet place away from the crowds, but near the beach. It was nice to have a kitchen, bikes, and a washing machine. There are some economical Restaurants only three blocks away . It is also near a 7-Eleven and another mini grocery store, so it was a very convenient place to stay.
Negative:
It was a long way from any excursions, but that was not the main point of our week.

This is a great holiday home. The house was huge for one person and was tucked away in a very quiet street, which I loved. You'll find coffee mugs, glasses, cooking utensils and big bottles of water in a medium-sized fridge, a foldable rack to hand your wet clothes, pairs of slippers, clean towels, a fan, a TV and mountain bicycles you can borrow free of charge. It's close to the beach and not far from 7-11 and the main road where restaurants are.
Negative:
The house does not have screen door or window and only has 1 A/C unit in the bedroom. So in the evening when bugs and mosquitos are out I had to close all the doors. It would be nice to have either another A/C in the living room or screen doors/windows added.
