Positive: The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the bus shuttle stop. The room is clean and spacious enough for a one night stay, everything works and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner is friendly and quickly responds to messages. I also don't get the reviews where people struggled to get in, there is literally just one gate and one lock with a key, thr instruction sent prior to our arrival was very clear and unambiguous.
Negative: Apparently just before our stay, the cleaning lady bleached the floors which left quite a disturbing odour, which fortunately diminished after we opened the window.
The take away breakfast is a welcome addition, but as other people mentioned it is more of a snack rather than a full meal. Be prepared to have to buy something more before or at the airport.
Summary: Comfy stay near the airport

Positive:
We landed at night and we were satisfied with the instructions to go the apprtmet, After 20 minutes when we get our Suitcases we were in bed in the apprtment.
Negative:
On the downside, the breakfast felt too basic and the coffee machine had no beans. To their credit, they offered to come over and refill it when we mentioned it, but we were already on our way out

Positive:
Location was ok.
Negative:
Modernise! Shower was old and a bit behind the times. Better signage. Breakfast wasn’t worth putting out as it contained un natural products. Yoghurt ok but why not add some real semi skilled milk. Duvet had no cover. Towels were very old.
Summary: It was convenient but looking for a bit more than a bed. Good coms and
