Lac Simon is a motorboat lake, so dock space is available during your stay. (Dock available July-August).

The Neighborhood:
The municipality of Chénéville is located at the crossroads of routes 315 and 321, in the heart of Petite Nation. The vast green spaces and mountains serve multiple purposes: tubing, wildlife watching, and hiking trails that transform into snowshoeing paths in winter. The products of local artisans are also showcased in Chénéville, with food products, furniture, art objects, shops, and art galleries. You will also find several restaurants and numerous businesses!

Conditions for accepting dogs:
We exceptionally accept dogs, subject to our prior agreement and certain conditions. An additional fee of $100 will apply. Specific regulations will be communicated to you to ensure respect for our facilities.
⚠️ Please note that dogs are not allowed in the pool and SPA area.
***Every spring and fall, the manor and its units may welcome a few ladybugs, which you might encounter during your stay. We want to reassure you that they pose no danger, and the situation is temporary. All necessary measures are taken to ensure their removal indoors, but we cannot control nature any further.

Security deposit * Except airbnb*
A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount varies between $500 and $3000, depending on the property selected. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
