Positive: The location is amazing, a 5 min walk to the sea. The urbanizacion is very well kept with a number of different pools, very clean and quiet. It is not in the centre of Marbella but a 20 min lovely walk away along the beach. Two large supermarkets nearby, a lovely selection of coffee shops right outside the main gates.
Negative: The kitchen is a bit tired with some of the cabinet trims falling apart, the pot and pan selection were poor (we like to cook some evenings!)
The mop and bucket were left broken on the balcony so i could not clean the floors, the bidet had no water coming out of it at all, despite all this I would still return

Location was ideal, in a nice quiet area. Close to the beach and plenty of options for restaurants close by. Only a 25/30 mins walk to the Old Town and about 40 min walk to Puerto Banus along the beach.
Negative:
Nothing, it was a very enjoyable trip

We loved the location, it’s very central with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It’s was big enough for our group of five adults. Our point of contact was Ursula, she was so helpful . She let us check in early and check out late due to flight delays. Any issue we had was dealt with right away. She is lovely to deal with and responds quickly to any queries.
It’s very secure with security an electronic gates.There is underground parking available on site.
Negative:
There was construction work going on in an apartment beside the pool which was close to us. We spend an afternoon at the pool but an area beside it was dug up the next morning. We were happy to go to the beach but it is not ideal if you want to
relax by the pool.
Summary: A lovely apartment in a great location that suited of group of 5 adults very well.

Owners (Ursula and Alex) were very helpful and very easy reachable, answering to messages and solving issues very fast
Negative:
During our stay, it was a planned repair for the water pipes hence we didn’t have water in the apartment for 20 hours. Owners informed us ahead of time hence we took measures to have water available however it was not pleasant
