“We had a really wonderful stay at Margaret House in Mirissa. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely place to relax. The location is great, with only a short walk to the beach as well as nearby restaurants and small shops.
The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good – especially the fresh fruit, which was absolutely delicious.
In the afternoon there was a nice snack such as cake, small bites, or a light meal like a sandwich, which was a really thoughtful extra touch.
The owners’ brother offers tuk-tuk service and can help arrange taxi transport to the airport, which made everything very easy.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mirissa.”

“Room was so classical but it had proper air conditioning and an effective mosquito net.
The bathroom was excellent with an amazing shower mixer.
The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The wide varied breakfast was cooked by the family and they would change it everyday as per your liking.
The location was amazing and close to everything Mirissa.
The balcony was huge and lovely.
Please support this lovely family in expanding their business l.”
